Anna Hill

Chief Customer Experience Officer

Anna Hill is the Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO) at Informa Markets. She oversees the customer journey across the organisation and is responsible for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

Before Informa, Anna held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer at Disney, Chief Consumer Officer at Landsec and Senior Vice President at WeightWatchers.

Anna joined Informa in March 2024.
